一般社団法人イヴォルブアート＆デザインジャパンは非営利型法人ですが、寄附金控除の対象法人ではないため、寄附金控除等の税制上の優遇措置は適用されません。
また、当法人の法人会費は、その内容によっては税務上「一般寄附金」に該当する場合があります。その場合、法人様の会計処理において、「一般寄附金」として損金算入限度額の範囲内で損金に算入することが可能です。ただし、法人会費に対価性（特典やサービスの提供）が認められる場合は、寄附金ではなく「広告宣伝費」や「会費」として全額損金算入できる可能性もあります。
具体的な税務処理については、貴社の税務顧問または所轄の税務署にご相談のうえ、適切な会計処理を行ってください。

一般社団法人イヴォルブアート＆デザインジャパン 法人会員規約

（目的）
 第1条　本規約は、一般社団法人イヴォルブアート＆デザインジャパン（以下「当法人」という。）の法人会員制度に関し、必要な事項を定めるものとする。

（法人会員の種類および会費）
第2条　当法人の法人会員の種類および会費は、次のとおりとする。
（１）法人会員（1口 10万円／年間更新）
（２）複数口の申込が可能であり、口数に応じた特典を受けることができる。
２ 法人会員の会費には、当法人の活動支援を目的とした寄附金の性質が含まれる。

（法人会員の特典）
第3条　法人会員は、次の特典を受けることができる。
（１）当法人の展示会・イベントでの法人ロゴ掲載
（２）当法人ウェブサイト・SNS・ニュースレター等での法人紹介
（３）法人代表者へのイベント招待（VIPパス）
（４）2口以上の場合、イベント共催や法人向け特別プログラムへの参加資格
（５）3口以上の場合、メインスポンサーとしての特典（展示・ワークショップ開催等）

（法人会員の義務）
第4条　法人会員は、次の義務を負うものとする。
（１）本規約および当法人の定めるルールを遵守すること
（２）会費を期限内に納入すること
（３）当法人の信用・名誉を損なわないこと

（入会手続）
第5条　法人会員として入会しようとする者は、当法人所定の申込手続きを行い、当法人の承認を得るものとする。
２ 入会申請を承認した場合、当法人は申請者に対し、会費納入の案内を送付する。
３ 当法人は、必要に応じて入会審査を行うことができる。

（退会および会員資格の喪失）
第6条　法人会員は、次のいずれかに該当する場合、その会員資格を喪失するものとする。
（１）退会届を提出したとき
（２）会費の支払いが期日までに行われないとき
（３）当法人の信用を著しく損なう行為を行ったとき
（４）その他、当法人が会員として不適当と判断したとき
２ 退会に伴う会費の返金は行わないものとする。

（会費の使途）
第7条　法人会員からの会費は、当法人の目的事業の推進に使用し、一部を管理費として充当するものとする。

（受領書の発行）
第8条　法人会員の会費受領後、当法人は受領書を発行するものとする。

（個人情報保護）
第9条　法人会員に関する個人情報は、当法人の個人情報保護規程に基づき適切に管理するものとする。

（補則）
第10条　本規約に定めるもののほか、法人会員制度の運営に関し必要な事項は、代表理事が理事会の承認を得て別に定めるものとする。

（規約の改正）
第11条　本規約は、必要と認められた場合、理事会の決議により改正することができる。

  1. Member Responsibilities
  • Compliance with the terms and regulations
  • Timely payment of fees
  • Upholding the reputation of the organization
  1. Application & Approval
  • Submission through the designated form
  • Screening process may be conducted
  1. Withdrawal & Membership Termination
  • By notice from the member
  • Non-payment or conduct that damages the organization’s integrity
  • No refunds upon withdrawal
  1. Use of Membership Fees
  • Used for the promotion of the organization’s mission, including a portion for operational costs
  1. Receipt Issuance
  • Receipt issued after payment confirmation
  1. Privacy
  • Personal information managed in accordance with our privacy policy
  1. Supplementary Provisions
  • Additional policies may be established as needed
  1. Revisions to Terms
  • Terms may be amended by resolution of the board of directors
